Olive, the Other Reindeer, on FOX

This first aired in 1999, and as it happened, I was at the time working at a Carl's Jr. fast food restaurant. And the chain was doing a tie-in promotion for the special, which I guess must have heightened my interest in it somewhat. I don't remember it very clearly now, but I'm pretty sure I wasn't wild about it. I'm sure the whole special was kind of redonkulous, but it's possible that I have a greater appreciation for such things now than I did at the time. So if I watched it again, I might raise my rating.

Anyway, Drew Barrymore voiced a dog named Olive, who thought she was a reindeer. And I guess she heard Santa Claus on the news saying something about relying on "all of the other reindeer" (because Blitzen was injured). But she misheard it as "Olive, the other reindeer." So she goes on a quest to reach the North Pole and save Christmas. And I don't know what else to tell you. (I really should watch it again sometime, just to write a proper review.)
