Surly owner of the Hound and Tails Tavern. His "saucy help" are Anth, Cynders, and Gloris.

Squire Marlen

He is the local representative for Count Palfrey. Picture Icabod Crane and you have him. He is the local tax collector and acts as Magistrate on behalf of Palfrey. He is generally disliked.

Barranas

Owns the general store and is uncommonly intelligent for these parts. A con man at heart.

Tauster

74’, 5’3" mage of some repute. He is known for his fiery displays of magic during town celebrations. Absent minded and unobtrusive, he is also a little paranoid. About what, I’m not sure.

Grund Dragonslayer

A fighter and magic user of power, Grund is a recent addition to Thurmaster. He is focused on eliminating the Dragon Cult from the face of Fearun. He now runs the adventuring school on behalf of the Company of Light and Shadow.
