Description:
Raketai is a dark shade of green, with iridescent blue stripes running along his back. He has bright yellow eyes and black claws. His feather-crest runs from the top of his head down to the tip of his tail, but the area of his crest starting from the top of his head to the base of his neck, consists of two layers. The first layer of feathers are bright red in color. The second layer consists of shorter, gold-colored feathers that run beside the taller, red feathers, on both sides. It is this shorter, golden layer of feathers that runs down to the tip of his tail.
Personality:
Raketai is a loner, he has chosen his life this way. If he were to ever happen upon the right person, erm, raptor, he would consider having a mate. However, for the most part, he chooses to live life alone. He chooses to live his life this way, mainly because he hates the rivalry between deinonychs, red-snouts, yellow-snouts and any other 'raptor species that there are. He thinks that it is silly for them to become so vengeful over something or someone that doesn't necessarily concern them. He does like to kind of laugh at this, and use it to his benefit sometimes, causing mischeif between rivals and other species who do not like his kind, or each other. He is not bloody-minded, but he does have his own specific set of rules and ideals, most of which cause him to be the loner that he is. He is also very easy-going, yet, being a loner, will stand up for himself if necessary. He assesses situations very well, and is also very quick-minded. Also, despite his years alone, he has managed to learn and pick up several languages, such as Utahraptor, Troodont and some dactyl, as well as a few others, so he is also very well-versed.
History:
Raketai lived with his family and pack, and grew up with them. It was at a later age, after a few years, that he began noticing all of the different conflicts and hostilities that the deinonychs had towards the larger 'raptors, and vice-versa. He had noticed that his packmates expended a lot of time and energy, (way too much, in his opinion), in trying to cause problems and eliminate these rivals. He started seeing that it was a no-win situation, and that he would much prefer to live his life as it is than to waste his time and energy hating anyone. After a while, he just kind of got sick of it all, and struck out on his own, and has been much happier for it.
