This is Shippo's Fathers Skin, he was killed by the Thunder Brothers, Hiten and Manten. Manten was using it as a belt until he was defeated by Inuyasha and Kagome.

This is a pic that was drawn by the Thunder Brothers Little sister Souten, she tried to fight Shippo to avenge her brothers but they were evenly matched so they gave up and apparently decided to be friends.
