About three years ago I bought a Nikon coolpix 700 digital camera. It had a resolution of 2.1 megapixels, which was good for cameras at the time. In many of my pictures taken using the flash I started to notice strange, transparent, bluish white or sometimes coloured blobs or orbs. I ignored them for some time, thinking they must be lens flares, dust, CCD or memory errors. Then one day, quite by chance, I came across a website about so called "spirit orbs" and they were exactly what I could see in my pictures. I found that there were thousands of sites showing pictures of them and explaining what they were.

Being a total atheist, I dont belive in worship of fictional beings that cannot be proved to exist using science. I belived that after death there was nothing, because we are only self aware and concious while our brain is alive. I have now had to change this latter opinion due to the overwhelming evidence I have found. Featureless blobs are one thing but when they have real faces, and show real emotions and intelligence, then thats another! I now belive that life may indeed go on after death, only in another form. I would not have come to my current opinion if I had not learned of one very important scientific fact: Energy cannot be destroyed, only converted from one form to another. This is what I belive must happen to the human bodies "energy" after death.

The most likely scorce of energy is electricity. Electrons can exist at many different energy levels or states, which are measured in electron volts or eV. If the bodies energy leaves the body it could move to either a higher or lower electron state. Which state it is more likely to be is impossible to tell, but I belive it would be a lower one. This would explain why new and freshly charged rechargable batteries can be found drained, several hours later....I began to wonder if Spirit Orbs, as I now know them, need electicity to survive just as we need food.

The flash on a camera gives off a higher amount of UV than it does infra red. Certain things can fluress or glow when exposed to UV light and this may be what happens when orbs are captured in photographs. I also noticed than when some orbs were enlarged on a computer facial features became visible. After enhancement some (not all however)were so clear that it finaly convinced me as to what they were, SPIRITS. I do not, however, belive in ghosts. Ghosts are said to be spirits walking around, but they dont have legs! The Sun is a sphere or orb shape rather than a cube because that is the smallest shape anything can exist in, so it is likely that 'spirit' energy would also exist in the form of an orb and this is exactly what seems to happen.
