Here are a few pictures I took recently at Scarborough Renaissance Faire.
You may wonder what it is that so many people find appealing about renaissance faires.
For me there are several things:
The people, the costumes, the fun, the arts,
but most of all I suppose would be that
history is kewl.
So please enjoy these few
pictures of the wonderful people
you'll find at a
renaissance faire.

A lovely lady in a lovely dress.

Another lovely lady.

Even more ladies.

A lovely and daring young lady.

This lady sung beautifully.

She stood frozen until a tip was placed in her basket.

Cuteness to an extreme.
She had to be the cutest girl there.

And she has a sense of humor too.

The Queen.

As she speaks at the human chess match.

The fight is on.

Sword play gets heated.

A little bit of a cat fight.

An even more aggressive cat fight.

A small gun introduced to the cat fight.

As she left the chess board.

A lady won.

A challenge to the Queen.

Two ladies fighting with staffs.

Gentlemen believe in swordsmanship.

A lady with her staff.

A lady looks on as the match goes continues.

The swords strike again.

Don Juan prepares his whip.

Don Juan cracked his whip and popped the target from his partner's lips.

Ladies in the parade.

Visitors to the faire.

 A comical nun.

More ladies in the parade.

A lovely lady in a lovely dress.

Musketeers on parade.

Ladies watching the nun's show.

Cuties in the parade.

A young man juggling magic sticks.

Belly dancers in the parade.

More of the parade.

More of the parade and a lady with a cute belly button.

A lovely lady in a lovely dress.

A young man and his sword.

More ladies in the parade.

Even more ladies.

More of the parade.

You could even take a ride.
