Ghosts in Reality: The Unexplained truth about hauntings in our world today.
After the book’s release, the ghostly experiences intensified. He decided to research other “levels” of paranormal phenomena. This research led him to write, “the Death Report, and Spirit World” These manuscripts are about human history of the dead, and how mankind interprets death and research of the Afterlife. This literature is complete, but for various reasons, remains unpublished.
Randell Van Alst continues to research all levels of the afterlife, both benevolent and malevolent. He puts intense study into all phases on ghosts and hauntings. Everything from residual hauntings, Poltergeist activity, Spirit Photography, OBE’s (out of body experiences,) NDE’s, (near death experiences,) to Exorcisms. From this research, he wrote his upcoming manuscripts, “Apparition America,” “The VSI Files,” “A Ring of Truth,” and “The Spirit Human.” The writings are, at this time, in progress. His second released book, “Investigating Haunted New Mexico,” looks into the sixth most haunted state in the nation. Though America is the youngest of all countries, (only 233 years, and counting,) it has become one of the most, if not the most, haunted nation on Earth. From the days of Moses, Ancient Greece, Egypt’s kingdom, to the Roman Empire, the depths of
ghosts and hauntings in these countries shallow in comparison to the newly discovered nation.
In a recent Gallup poll, two out of three Americans have the belief in a life after death. This “afterlife” is a matter of one’s belief and faith. Though technology has come a long way, mankind still cannot be authenticate or explain ghosts and hauntings by science. This remains a “spiritual” issue, and is always experienced individually and personally. As I stated in my last book, hauntings are “simply” based. With age comes history. With history comes death, and from death, comes hauntings.
Through wars and conflicts, America’s past is the most violent on record in the history of any country of humankind. America is known by many names…a “Superpower” of the world…The Land of the Free…Home of the Brave…all self declared I might add, to name but a few. But why is America, a country of such youth, riches and power, so haunted? It seems that no matter how large or small a community, there’s always a “ghost” story to tell. Today, the subject of ghosts is everywhere, from sea to shining sea.
We as people, continue to be fascinated with ghosts and hauntings, with countless sightings reported every day. Though America places itself among the youngest of countries, (just 232 years of age,) it is by far the most violent nation in the history of the world. Americans have killed more Americans in the last 40 years alone, (1967-2007) than the entire existence in the history of the Roman Empire. (2500 years)
That’s excluding all wars, natural disasters, and death by natural causes, including diseases. More people are murdered every year in America at a rate of 100 times over any other country on the planet. In size and population, the USA represents about 6% of the world’s existence, with a population now over 300 million humans who reside here. This book takes a closer look at the most haunted sites on American soil, answering not only “how” and “who” haunts but also “why” as well as the effect ghosts and hauntings have had in our society.
