Welcome to Trenton, New Jersey, retirement village for generations of mob/mafia affiliates. Ms. Evanovich introduces us to sassy, brassy "burger" Stephanie Plum, who spends most of her days, and some of her nights, as a bounty hunter (or to be politically correct fugitive apprehension agent) working for her cousin Vinnie. The fun part is...she has little to NO idea what she's doing. Lucky for her, she has some of the best (and sexiest) men in the business watching her back...in several senses of the term. I promise you, the laughs in this series stack higher than hair on a Bon Jovi back-up singer. Now that's sayin something!
