Wow!, its been a while since we updated this. Seduced by Moonlight, Merry Book #3 is due out on shelves in hardback on 2/4/04. (MY BIRTHDAY!) **NEWSFLASH** As of 12/11/03 per our resources at the Official LKH website, the new title for Anita #12 is Incubus Dreams. Incubus Dreams Hardback due out: October 2004 1. WRITE! 2. Write till you finish the story or book.....the first book she did two pages a day five days a week and then went to work...if you need to do research, do as best you can and fill it in in the second and third draft.....don't stop writing to do research...treat it like a job, meaning commit to it daily....writing groups help BIG time. 3. Be sure to send things out when you finish...start with the highest paying market then go down from there....not the other way around. 4. DEFINITELY build a thick skin so that you will be able to handle rejection when it comes....and it will.....keep in mind people reject pieces of paper, not you personally. 5. Know your market before you send them out...write what YOU want to read.....not others. |
