2013 Disney Vacation Planner

Last Updated on by: Kimberly Zuch

WELCOME to the All you WANT to know website for 2013's FANTASY, FAMILY, and FUN-FILLED ADVENTURE to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Great times are waiting for ALL!

Even when traveling in a large group or when several families are vacationing together, Walt Disney World offers enough excitement for everyone to create their own individual experience. While enjoying the company of family and friends everyone may want to choose different activities. This website has been designed to provide information that appeals to guests of all ages and assists in each person being able to create their own unique and ideal vacation.

TRANSPORTATION: Whether by Aladin's Magic Carpet or Cinderella's Carriage that was Magically transformed from a pumpkin, the first this you need to do is Get There!!!! Unfortunately they are both booked (I checked)... So instead of the Magic Carpet we will use the next best thing an Airplane, and instead of the Magical Carriage, a BUS! This site provides some helpful information in order for you have the resources you may need as the vacation gets closer right at your fingertips!

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Airport Layout: The Airport itself has 3 Levels (1,2,and 3). It also has 2 Sides (A and B). The Terminals in MCO are actually "satellites" that surround the main airport are connected by Automated Shuttles, that are very much like Monorails. Sound Complicated? NOT AT ALL! Once you disembark the airplane, it is simply a matter of hopping on one of the nifty little shuttles. They depart frequently and it is a smooth ride. Depending on what side, A or B, your flight lands on that is the side of the Airport where you will end up.

LEVEL 3: In true Vacation Fashion they are trying to get your "Souvenir Spending Money" before your trip even really starts... So put those wallets away, because this the Level where all the Food and Shopping is located. The goal at this point is FIND THE ESCALATOR THAT GOES DOWN!!!!!

LEVEL 2: This is where BAGGAGE CLAIM is located. For Vacationers that have checked bags, this is your PIT STOP. For Vacationers that did NOT check bags, (but traveled with ones that did) this is your PIT STOP too. NOT to worry, "You will NOT be late for a very important date"... Feel free to wait for your party's luggage, use the facilities, stretch you legs, step outside... One ailment that many Vacationers suffer from is H.U.A.W.S! HUAWS stands for: Hurry Up And Wait Syndrome. You are in the hands of the professionals! Disney has planned for Little Legs and GRUMPY Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and mostly Spouses! Having said that, to quote Mary Poppins, "Spit Spot"... FIND THE ESCALATOR, ELEVATOR, STAIRS.. THAT "Just Swims DOWN" where you will be escorted onto that Magic Carriage Ride that takes you to where Memories are Made!

LEVEL 1: This where you LEAVE THE AIRPORT!
