Pegasus

A unicorn is running past my bane
His hooves give to the ground a gentle kiss.
I smell ambrosia from the horse's mane
And then I know that he is Pegasus

Then she of beauty springs out from the mist
This unicorn of water meets her beau
A waterfall serves as a lover's tryst
An unbelieveable scenario

With grace, they spread their wings and leave that rain
And as they run by me there is elation
But when they fly away I feel the pain
I'm left with only my imagination

I see the poisoned arrow in my chest
But know that my last moments were the best
