Today's picture isn't a picture, it's a cartoon video in which Elvis makes a cameo appearance. The cartoon is a little over eight minutes long but Elvis is mentioned/skates starting around the second-minute mark and ending at around the four-minute mark.

They keep changing around the site so I will no longer give a direct link to the cartoon that Elvis is in. He is in the episode called "Sinking of You". As of May 28, 2000 this episode can be found by clicking on "episodes" and then clicking on the picture of a cardboard box containing the words "older episodes". This will bring up a list of the older episodes -- "Sinking of You" is the episode to watch.

"Canada has its own South Park. Instead of being set in the Rockies, it's waaay up north, above the Arctic Circle on an ice floe called Chilly Beach. The show is inhabited by Habs' fan Dale and Leafs' lover Frank, a francophone bartender named Jacques, a turban-wearing, beer-drinking RCMP constable, and a polite, but deadly, polar bear. Like South Park, Chilly Beach is an animated serial that trades in absurdity. [...] In Sinking of You, the second episode, the Titanic rams Chilly Beach during Elvis Stojko's skating routine at the hockey rink -- a frozen septic pond.
