When informed:
"The wings are on backwards." (sady, true. Hasbro's designers were obviously not recquired to make an aerodynamicly possible design)

In reference to Mega Cheetor:
"It has the legs of a chicken."

Sister

In reference to Beast Machines Blackarachnia and Cheetor:
"They're going to promote anorexia!"

Alex C

In reference to Optimus Primal:
"Optimaximathingamy.....The Gorilla dude."

In reference to the events that took place in Optimal Situation:
"So, the gorilla dude took the sparky thing out of the truck dude and became bigger, right?"

In reference to Optimal Optimus:
"Look, all the other maximals just come up to his knees... He looks like a big robotic paedophile."

And for the purposes of nostalgia, here's the short conversation that brought me to where I am today....

Alex: "You know, there's another computer animated cartoon on GMTV, and it looks better than Reboot. It's called 'Beast Wars."

Me: "What, that Transformers thing?"

Alex: "Yeah."

Me: "Ha! it's so stupid."

I watched it just to see how it looked, and well, here I am now. Dramatic irony, people.

On the concept of Transformers toys:
"It all seemed very gruesome to me. You'd see your children quite happily taking a little man, pulling bits of it, snapping it, twisting and contorting it around..."
