It is good to know backside stalls, and have your frontsides down really good before you attempt this trick. First you should find out which way is more comfortable to come from(remember your back will be to the rail and your leading foot will be the opposite as if you were doing a frontside). Once this is established you should approach the rail with low speed at first and then as you get up to it, jump with both your feet and turn 90* to whichever way makes your skates point away from the rail. Remember to give it 100%, or you may fall, you may fall anyway but it is less likely.
