(Updated March, 2011) Welcome to the "Tigers_Den". Here you will meet the Leaders of our den. The following list will introduce you to them, feel free to contact any of your leaders to answer questions, submit suggestions, etc...we need your help to make our family a success...
Please note: all Tiger Den Assistants have full leadership authority as the governing body of this group. They are the ones you should contact. If you are having any kind of problems with a disruptive player, a tourney issue, etc. please contact any Tiger leader. We also advise you to follow their instructions as they will only be acting in your best interest and that of this Family as a whole.
Major membership issues will be addressed by the entire Tiger Leadership Council. Any policy changes will also be the responsibility of this council. Any proposed revisions will be reviewed here and then presented to the entire membership for a vote.
Any member desiring a position as a den assistant should file your intent with tigertale@comcast.net. Periodically new DAs are chosen from the general membership as the family grows. As an international group, DAs are needed to cover all Time Zones. A member is eligible for a leadership position as a Den Assistant upon being an active member for a period of at least 6 months. We also require those applying to complete a DA training program.
Regarding 'resignations' from The Tigers: resignations should be submitted to Tiger_Tale. The Tigers' Community message board is not the proper place to render a resignation. We realize that members will for one reason or another leave a group - but we asked that it is done according to our guideline.

ABOUT TIGERS!
"Born leader" is the key word for the Tigers. Tigers are bold and adventurous, and are bestowed with initiative and charm.
Noble and fearless, Tigers are respected for their courage. However, they have a tendency to be risk takers, making them act before they think about the consequences.
Tigers are difficult to resist, for they are magnetic characters and their natural air of authority confers a certain prestige on them. They are also capable of great generosity.
Because Tigers are urgent people and always in a hurry to get things done right, they usually choose to operate alone.
Tigers are hard-working and dynamic. If you assign a task to a Tiger, the job will be undertaken and accomplished with enthusiasm and efficiency.
They tend to make good bosses, explorers, race drivers and without a doubt card players!
