This page had been off-line for a while but it is now in the process of being restored. Angelfire lost all my documents so I have to build everything from scratch. Who knows? may be this is for the best. Although I do have good internet access, living in Addis Ababa has mysteriously distanced me from on-line life. Social life has taken me away from following up on my cyber affairs. Nonetheless, I do check my mail and reply promptly so if anybody has questions or needs information from Addis, feel free to hit me up. I'll do my best.
