Wed 14 Jul at 15.19 EDT: An unid at 99.7, poor with OM Speaking. Lots of QSB, as it clashed with WUGN Midland, MI, but I was able to determine he was not speaking EE. I don't think he was speaking FF either. I'm wondering if it may have been a First Nations station from somewhere in Quebec, though at the time I mostly had Manitoba in, and it seemed to be after the cloud favoring Quebec gave out. This was quickly lost to WUGN. Nothing else seemed to fit.
