What Yet May Be
Oh to spend my time with that light so fine
Would be akin to the touch of a spring's breeze
In my life I wish it to always shine
For it causes pain in its tracks to freeze
In all lives there may be good times and bad
But with that light the good shall oer'come all
With it I shall never be truly sad
For in its shinning face I can stand tall
No matter what the far future may hold
My love for that light I think I'll yet keep
Despite the stories that time has yet told
For the joy from that light I'll ever reap
Time tells us stories and many will fall
But I think that our love will conquer all
