What was said about Adam and Eve
also goes back too much of what I was talking about in the creation. There were a lot of
new interesting ideas that were brought into view, though.
First of all, when the bible talks
about us being created in God’s image, it means that compared to other species on this
earth, we are the closest to God’s image, it doesn't mean that we are like God. Second, the best
answer I can give you about who created God is that no one did. He was always around
and always will be. We wouldn’t understand this because, we can never be like God.
Now, to talk about the creation of a
woman. I suppose there might have been a lot of talk about not giving the same rights to
woman, because they came from man. Try to look at it this way. What if God simply
decided that since man came from him, he would decide that he could do what ever he
wanted to man. We must realize that God created a woman the way he wanted, just as he
created a man the way he wanted? As far as abusing women, remember that God also
made ten very important commandments, one in which you shall not commit adultery. In
my opinion, I believe that women should have the same rights as men.
Don’t forget that the bible is a lot on
how we interpret it. There might be some other meaning to this story. There are lots of
confusing stories and the bible might not ever be fully understood. I think the bible is just a
guide on how to live our life and the rest is up to us.
