This will not be a formal debate with rebutals and such. One will pose a question, starting with a random person and then alternate, and the other will address it. Then the starter will debate the other person's address. After that the addressee can say more or move on to a different question. Basicly this is more of an argument than a debate.

1. 1 asks question
2. 2 answers
3. 1 argues the answer
4. 2 can ask question or start over with 2 and 3
5. repeating of steps 1-4 (but the 1 and 2 people will alternate)
