The key words around the card are Support, Nurture, Safe Havens, Calm, Holding On & Selectiveness. The Rune Symbol is 'Urua' for strength, Manhood-Womanhood. This is the rune of termination and new beginnings. This rune will bring in stamina and the power to change your circumstances and any obstacles in your life. It is time to let go of any outdated beliefs or beliefs that are not your own. You need to nurture yourself now.
Prepare for opportunity disguised as loss. Positive growth and change may involve passage into darkness as part of the cycle of perpetual renewal.
This Rune puts you on notice that your soul and the universe support the new growth.

Strengthened by the love of Peace, gentleness, sensitivity and insight. Greatest facility is the awareness of Universal relationship. The Number Two is related to the energy of Oppositions and the Balancing needed in order to achieve synthesis. Eleven is the Peace Maker... Colours: Gold, Salmon, Prune, White and Black. Eleven brings the connection between ‘Brotherhood and Sisterhood’ and between all which exists, which has ever existed and which will ever exist. The concept that is reflected in this eleven vibration. ‘I am me and I am you’
Our Koala is depicted sitting in a dark green circle with her baby on her back surrounded by a mustard yellow background. The Mother Koala holds in her hand the symbol for Cancer. The dark green brings in a love of nature and a need to regularly walk amongst the trees and grass. Acceptance is a key word for you and working with your 2nd Chakra and the colour orange.
The Medicine
Koala has the medicine of Selectiveness and Holding on. Koala with a firm grip on life, always knows where he is going (even if he appears to be going slow) by the opportunities that he has been presented with. Koala is very selective in the paths he takes and fosters only those paths that present the most enrichment for himself. He chooses his trees carefully for the choice will not only provide his source of food but also his bed for the night, so Koala slowly climbs back to the ground and quickly moves to the safety of his new abode. Koala medicine points out that should we choose our path unwisely and move into areas of life that are not life sustaining then we will become lost and find it hard to find our way back home to where life flows harmoniously. Koala also brings a sense of family unity and consideration of others.
The Shadow Side
Beware of the danger of only giving support to others and not acknowledging your own need for nurturing.
