Multifaith Calendars
Inroads Interfaith Ministry is very happy to help make these special calendars available. They are really collections of the calendars of at least 13 different faith traditions:
Native American, Baha'i Faith, Buddhism, Christianity (Julian and Gregorian), Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Judaism, Shinto, Sikhism, Unitarianism, Wiccan, Zoroastrianism
The lunar phases are also included (as are the solar equinoxes and solstices) given in Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time).
In addition, each of the various calendars has an overview in the back and each holy day has a short explaination during the secular month it will be celebrated.
Throughout its history, the Multifaith Calendar has come to be recognized as the quintessential source of accurate dates and information for the holidays
and festivals of major religions. Each year's theme and illustrative artwork are selected to disclose the unique way in which each faith expresses its vision of spirituality.
$10 each ($2.50 shipping) until September 1, 2002 - then $10.95 each.
