PHOTOGRAPH EXHIBIT

Original photographs by John-Brian Paprock of some of Wisconsin’s most special places, represent the best of Wisconsin’s diverse and timeless heritage.

The exhibit includes ancient and modern sites, timeless places with historic significance.  After researching almost 1000 potential sites and visiting over 500, over 300 were selected for the Trails Media guidebook, “Sacred Sites of Wisconsin” written by John-Brian and his wife, Teresa.

Four criteria were used in selecting the sites: beauty, historic significance, uniqueness and intrinsic quality.

This exhibit represents only a fraction, yet gives a glimpse into the common and unusual that Wisconsin people of all ages call “sacred.”
