There are absolutely no mistakes in this knitting. I worked this from an ancient mimeograph of a 1940s publication. Patons currently offers the shawl pattern in a leaflet #PBN8008. A web search only turned up this one page--the vendor is in the U.K. Though there are American retailers carrying Patons (a Canadian company) products, I was not able to find the leaflet or the recommended yarn, "Fairytale," which appears to be acrylic (my shawl is wool). The leaflet price of 1.90£ is about $3.55USD. With shipping to the U.S., the total comes to 3.74£, or $6.99USD. This is informational only; I do not stock/sell the Patons leaflet.
