I bought this hand throttle kit from Rubicon Express. I completed installation of the kit, and it works very good. It takes a little getting used to, but is a life saver if you stall on a steep grade. I'll put some pics of the installation soon. The pic below is what comes in the kit. Basicly, it's all you need.

Update September 2002 - I still use this eventhought I now have 103:1 overall
gear ratio. It's handy to have.
