The RSDHope Teen Corner Awareness Award is given out to websites that promote awareness of RSD. If you feel thatyour site qualifies, please fill out the form. I will visit your site and decide whether to give you the award or not! If you win, it might take a little while to get the award. I'm personalizing them, for two reasons: it looks more special, and it can't be stolen! For that reason, each award is a little different. So if you win the award, it won't look exactly the same as the sample.

1. The site must be related to RSD to be considered.
2. No bad stuff...although swearing about doctors is definitely allowed! hehe
3. Kids' RSD sites get extra special consideration.
4. Signing the guestbook isn't required, but it helps!
