This is where we normally go for our daily walk
There are free Doggie Bag dispensers at the entrances, because this is one place
dogs are allowed, and can run free, as long as you pick up after them.
After entering the preserve, a beautiful walk through the flowers begins it leads
to a walkway along the cliff, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Here you'll find a good spot for hang-gliding, the ocean creates an ideal up-wind
for that sport. It is also an ideal place for a relaxing walk, nothing but trees and nature.
At the very far end of the preserve you can look down on Arroyo Burro Beach, and
The Brown Pelican restaurant, a busy place all year-round. Irmgard is enjoying the view.
In the middle picture you can see Santa Barbara's Westwood Hills.
One of those houses is our home for the last 27 years
