Hello from Texas!
My name is Robert but I am called Tiger_Nova_DA on the Gaming Zone. I am 27 years old and moved to Texas 9 years ago from Oklahoma. Originally, I was born in Centrailla, Illinois but my family moved West when I was just 2 years old. Texas is a great State and I have never regreted leaving Oklahoma as it gets very cold there.
In Texas I work on oil rigs. We are referred to as "Roughnecks" in the fields, thus my original zone nic. I have a beautiful little daughter, Laura Beth Allison, who is 6 years old. I also have a brother, Jesse, a year older than me and a very caring Mother, Peggy. My father, Doug, still resides in Illinois. Completing my family is my companion, Stacy and her two sons, Justin, 14 and Jesse, 16.
Working in the oilfields is exciting for me. I have to admit I was pretty nervous in the beginning as I was only 18 and pulling up to this HUGE thing was over- whelming! I really like my work but am not sure I do it for the money or the work schedule (most companies you work 7 days on and then 7 days off). Those 7 days on are long and hard as we work 12 hour shifts. The pay is excellent.
On my days off, I like to fish, play spades and build web pages. I enjoy all kinds of music and I play it as loud as possible! We live near Matagorda Beach in Texas. Lots of sharks are caught there. I am not much of a salt water swimmer but I do like to fish, especially for flounder which is my favorite.
My philosophy on life is:
Work like you don't need the money,
Love like you've never been hurt,
And dance like no one is watching.
Playing Spades on my computer is very relaxing to me. I hope if you see me on you will say "hello" and if I am available, I sure will pard you. Tiger_gram is a favorite pard of mine and I do prefer Tigers over other Zoners.
