Crunchy No-Fry Chicken by Watchlady

3/4 cup finely crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 bonesless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup Swanson Chicken Broth

MIX corn flakes, garlic & pepper. DIP chicken into broth. Coat with corn flake mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet or in baking pan. BAKE at 400 * F for 30 min or until done.

No-Guilt Chicken Pot Pie from Judy L in Wisconsin ( Excellent!)

1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 pkg (about 9 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 can (10-3/4 oz) 98% free cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup Bisquick reduced fat baking mix

Preheat oven to 400*. In a 9-inch pie plate mix chicken, vegetables and soup.
Mix milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
