Golden Potatoes...by Watchlady

2 cans (16 oz each) whole white potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2-3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Place potatoes in an unreased 8" square baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt & cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 350* for 25 minutes
Yield: 4-6 servings

Twice Baked Potatoes...by Terry in Massachusettes

4 large white baking potatoes
3 green onions..thinly sliced
2 T butter or margarine
1/2 c milk or 1/2 & 1/2..hot
1/2 tsp. salt
dash black pepper and paprika
4 slices bacon
2 T grated parmesan cheese
2 T grated cheddar cheese

Preparation:
Wash potatoes, pat dry. Prick each potato with a fork a few times. Bake potatoes till done. When done, cut a thin slice off the top of each potato, scoop the pulp out and place it in a bowl. Mash the potato pulp with hot milk or 1/2 and 1/2 until fluffy. Beat in the butter and onion. Add seasonings.
Fry the bacon until crisp. Crumble. Add to potato mixture.
Spoon mixture into each potato shell. Sprinkle with both cheeses. Place potatos on baking sheet in oven at 375 degrees until potatoes are piping hot until cheese is melted, about 15 mins. Serve immediately. Yield- 4 servings

Fries in the Oven...by Glen in Wisconsin

2 Large Potatoes
1 Egg White
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Scrub potatoes & cut them lengthwise into wedges. Beat the egg white until it is foamy. Dip potatoes into the egg white & sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake on greased cooking sheet at 425 degrees for 45 minutes or till brown on outside.

Deluxe Brown Potatoes...by Bonnie in Wisconsin

1 large bag hash browns (32 oz.)
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 – 8 oz. sour cream or sour half & half
Chopped onion
Green pepper
Graded American Cheese
Salt, pepper, paprika, parsley flakes

Put frozen potatoes, soups, sour cream, onion and green pepper in large bowl until mixed and defrosted. Put in 9 x 13 pan, sprinkle with parsley, paprika and cheese. Bake uncovered 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 300º.
