French Dip Sandwiches by Aaron in Wisconsin

These can be made on the grill or in the oven. Makes about 6 sandwiches or more depending how much you fill them.

1 # Angus deli beef
6-8 sub buns
2 cans beef broth
mushrooms (sliced)
onions (sliced)
green pepper (chopped)
mozzarella cheese slices

Butter the outsides of the sub buns. Saute beef with the mushrooms, onion, green pepper and beef broth.
Drain the mixture and add it to the sub buns. Lay the sliced mozarella cheese on top of beef mixture.
Wrap subs completely in aluminum foil. Bake in the oven at 350* for about 30 min or until hot.
To make on grill.. cook over medium heat until hot.
