Sky Race 1-2-3

Generic Game Board for the younger ones.

To Make:

The path is created using 3/4 inch white circle stickers that can be purchased at nearly any discount store. I added a small piece of velcro to each space and to the back of the gamepieces. The velcro keeps the game pieces from being upset if bumped by a little one. They also like the velcro holding their pieces. The game pieces are stickers put on piece of stiff paper before covering both sides with Contact paper for extra durability and then adding the velcro to the back.

The cloud start, home and spinner were simply drawn on white paper, cut out and glued to the board. The game board needs to be covered with Contact BEFORE the velcro or arrow for the spinner gets added. I used a small piece of stiff cardboard for the arrow, punching a hole with a paper punch and attaching with a brad fastener.

To Play:

Players start on the START space and each choose a path to follow. NOTE: both paths have an equal number of spaces. In Turn, players draw a SKILL card and if correctly answered, they spin the spinner to determine the number of spaces to move.

NOTE: For beginners learning the numerals 1, 2 and 3 is skill enough, so just spin and move.
