Dream Date
we sat together, under the stars
they shine brightly as you smile
we were back again, in this place
to be together for awhile
this visit wasn't the first
and never shall it be the last
we've got such a bright future
and such a beautiful past
so here we sit, our place of starlight
just you, me and the sky
it's our little place to visit nightly
every time we close our eyes
but as we awaken the stars fade
we drift to our own realities
another perfect visit over
I'll see you again....in my dreams...
