New METAL GEAR SOLID 2 SONS OF LIBERTY Secrets Unveiled

Konami is gonna make us go nuts waiting for this... Some new information was revealed on METAL GEAR SOLID 2 SONS OF LIBERTY (MGS2), which occupied a sizable chunk of Konami's booth at "Tokyo Game Show 2001 Spring." Unfortunately we've been asked to only post the two screenshots below to go along with the info, but trust us, for MGS fans, it's worth it.

First shot is a shot of the Olga, the boss character from the "trial version" that is included in Z.O.E. This action shot is just so her. The big news for fans is that, although she appears as an enemy in the demo, well... Maybe we better just leave it at that. The other picture is a shot of Snake holding his gun steady against an approaching shadow that looks like it's holding some serious firepower The only enemy we've seen before with that kind of weapon is Vulcan Raven from the previous version, "METAL GEAR SOLID." But he was devoured by his birds... wasn't he?

Olga won our heart with that first shot	That ain't no "shadow-rabbit" he's making!
