Konami Clears Up Delay Rumors
 
KONAMI CORPORATION will release its new title "Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty" for the PlayStation 2 in November in the North American market, as scheduled. Because of recent tragic terrorist attacks, the game has been slightly altered to delete a scene showing the World Trade Center in the background, but since the theme of the game is the pursuit of peace, the overall story-line has not been altered. The game will also be released in Japan as scheduled.
