Faith opened her eyes. Her head hurt. She noticed something green standing near her. Faith started to scream. She heard something slam near her and her voice being repeated. Faith screamed, thinking she was being abducted by aliens. Suddenly, a flash of light brightened the room and she noticed she wasn't in a spaceship but Nick's room. The green thing was Nick's neon statue. AJ and Nick came running towards her. Faith stopped screaming and smiled.
"What happened?" AJ asked.
"Bad Dream" Faith lied. Telling AJ she thought she was on an alien spaceship wasn't good. She remembered everything from the accident-Until she actually HIT the water-That's when she suspected she blacked out.
"You hit your head pretty bad. They bandaged it up" Nick explained. Faith smiled at him sweetly. AJ smirked.
"We gotta catch our flight to New York-You keep in touch with me right Faith?" AJ asked. Faith shook her head yes. Nick looked down at her.
"I'm so sorry" Nick apologized.
"It's not your fault-Besides I'm fine" Faith replied.
"I was driving. I should've went slower" Nick explained. Faith smiled at him.
"I think this is the first time you've been a nice guy all day-You should be nice more often" Faith explained. Nick cheeks went a little pink.
"I'll try" He replied. "You get some rest-If you need me I'll be asleep in the spare bedroom"
"K" Faith replied. When he left, Faith picked the phone up that was lying next to the bed. She dialed her friend up, listening to it ring.
Nick sat in the spare bedroom watching TV. He was bored. He decided to call up his friend Brent so that they could hang out. He picked up the phone and heard voices.
"You're damn lucky" A voice exclaimed.
"I wouldn't say that. Last night, we both agreed to pull this whole thing off-We need to act like a couple. You know what he did today? He was flirting with 2 skinny blondes when we went to the beach. I mean-If he wasn't paying me 500 thousand-I wouldn't be here" Faith replied to her friend on the line.
"You mean he's not a good fuck?" The voice asked.
"I wouldn't know" Faith replied. "Mel, he is an asshole and if I was his fiancee I wouldn't put up with his shit"
"You gotta admit the boy is fine" Mel replied.
"In his own ways. Today was the first time he seemed to care about me" Faith replied.
"You like him" Mel assumed.
"Excuse me? No-I said..." Faith started. Mel cut her off.
"If you don't want him-Why would you care if he cared about you or not?" She asked.
"Because it's nice to know you're appreciated" Faith replied.
"You think he's good in the sack?" Mel asked.
"Amanda told me today that he wears a size 15 shoe-and you know what they say about men with big shoes" Faith joked.
"They wear big socks?" Mel joked back. "Seriously though-You gotta screw him. You haven't gotten any in like.....shit....3 months"
"That's because no one's satisfied my needs yet" faith replied.
"How do ya know he won't? He seems to have alot of experience didn't ya say he had sex with 6 women in 6 days once? He knows how to do 'em I bet" Mel replied. She had another call on her line. She came back a few seconds later.
"My roomates man is calling long distance so I gotta go-Remember-Have some fun with this Faith. Get the most out your time you can-You're garenteed 500, 000-Have some fun with Nick" Mel instructed. Faith laughed and hung up. Nick hung up the phone and sat looking at the TV. He got up and walked to the kitchen.
Faith heard a knock at her door.
"Come in" She exclaimed. Nick walked in holding a red drink in his hand.
"I make these really good Strawberry smoothies-So I thought you'd like one" Nick explained.
"There isn't like a date rape drug in here is there?" Faith asked, pretending to inspect it. Nick frowned.
"Everytime I try and do something Nice, I get shot down" Nick commented. Faith smiled.
"Thanks for the drink-I love Smoothies" She replied. Nick watched her take a sip. He moved to the opposite side of the bed and climbed in.
"It's boring downstairs" Nick complained. Faith smiked. "You wanna go to Disney or Universal tomorrow?"
"Sure" Faith replied. "IF my head feels better"
"You did it again!" Nick whined.
"What did I do?" She asked.
"I tried to be nice and you threw the fact that I caused you to get hurt back at me" Nick explained. Faith moved her hand over and placed it under Nick's face.
"I'm sorry" She replied with a grin. Nick put his hand on hers and looked her in the eyes. Faith looked away and laughed.
"I think I should get to bed" She replied. Faith got under the covers. "Could you turn the light off?"
"Sure" Nick replied. He walked over and shut off the light. She could hear him pulling off his pants and his shirt. Faith felt the bed move as Nick climbed in.
