Megan stared at Brian for a moment, then left her spot on the bed. She was about to go take a shower when she heard a knock at the door.
"Meg?" Lyndz asked.
"Yea?" Megan replied.
"You wanna go get some breakfast?" Lyndz asked through the door.
"Sure" Megan replied. She pulled a shirt and some sweat on and left the bedroom.
Brian rolled over and noticed Megan was gone. He smiled to himself. The whole week Brian had been thinking that Megan was cheating on him and for some reason, he just felt like that idea had been wrong.
"DADDY?" Jason yelled. Brian ran into his room and almost died.
"Jason?" Brian asked. Jason's face was pale and he looked like he was having trouble breathing. He ran back into his bedroom and called 911.
"So how was it to see Nick again?" Megan asked. Lyndz shrugged.
"After He found out you were pregnant he wouldn't return my calls or anything-I'm not especially fond of him" Lyndz replied.
"I heard he's the best Backstreet Boy to bone" Megan replied with a grin.
"Did you really hear that or is it from experience?" Lyndz asked. Megan glared at her.
"I would never screw Brian's best friend" Megan replied. Lyndz sighed.
"I want to know something" She exclaimed.
"About what?" Megan asked.
"Remember that Party at Brian's? You said you went to the Doc's and he said you had High Colestrol?" Lyndz asked.
"Yea?" Megan questioned.
"I know it was a load of shit. I'm not stupid and since Jason was born a month early, it just seemed weird to me. I wanna know-Were you pregnant before then?" She questioned. Megan hesitated.
"No" Megan replied. Lyndz eyed her.
"Jason isn't Brian's son is he?" Lyndz asked.
"Huh? Why would you even ask?" Megan asked.
"I can't believe you did this to Brian, Lied to him about Jason....What kind of bitch are you?" Lyndz yelled. Megan looked around the Denny's they were sitting in.
"Would you shut up? I never said Jason isn't Brian's son" Megan replied.
"But you got all defensive-Whenever you lie about something you get defensive" Lyndz replied. Megan stared at her. She closed her eyes.
"Jason is Brian's son-Maybe not by blood-But by love" Megan replied. Lyndz closed her eyes and shook her head.
"Brian's one of the nicest guys I've ever met and you used him" Lyndz commented. She stood up and walked towards the door Megan's phone rang just as Lyndz walked out.
"Hello?" Megan asked, annoyed. She got up to go after Lyndz.
"Hey" Nick replied.
"Nick why are you calling me? How'd you get my number?" Megan asked.
"Just get to Terry Creek Hospital right away-Something happened" Nick replied. Megan opened her mouth to speak but then she heard a click.
"Nick? Nick? DAMMIT" Megan yelled, she ran to the lot and jumped into her car. She looked to the passenger seat to see Lyndz.
"You drove me here-I don't have a car" She muttered.
"Were making a stop at the Hospital. Nick just called-Said something happened" Megan exclaimed. She backed her BMW out of the lot and took off towards the Hospital at full speed.
