4 Lakes Bass Masters
Began in 1980......the Madison, WI area's oldest Bass Club.
One of over 50 Bass Clubs in The Wisconsin Bass Federation.
Affiliated with FLW
The objective of our club is:
1. Help all members improve their fishing skills
2. Provide fellowship with other members
3. Be involved with community and kid's events
Monthly Meetings At:
2nd Sunday of every cold month at 10:00 am at the Parkside Pub in McFarland and select meetings at Lake Farm Park
We have 7 -9 club tournaments a year, from April through September. For the upcoming season, 4 Lakes Bassmasters will fish Castle Rock Flowage, Buffalo Lake, Lake Waubesa, Pools 7 & 8, Lazy Lake, Pools 4 & 5 and a Mystery Lake.
Members are paired randomly before each tournament. Total weight determines 1st through 5th place for each tournament. Each anglers total weight for the year determines their placing in the club's year-long "Mr. Bass" competition and to qualify for The Wisconsin Bass Federation Zone and State tournaments.
Other club activities includ: club picnic in the summer, holiday-awards banquet in the winter, involvement in the Madison Fishing Expo, and we sponsor two 4 Lakes Bass Masters Open Tournaments.
PLEASE NOTE: You Do Not Need to Own a Boat to be a Member of 4 Lakes Bass Masters
If you are interested in improving your bass fishing skills and having a lot of fun in the process......the join a Bass club. We have several members who are very good anglers......you can learn a lot by spending a day in the boat with these guys!
