Kenny Lewis
(The Singer With The Original Ivy League)

He wrote and sang hit songs like, "tossing and turning", "funny how love can be" and many more

It was good of him to sing the high harmonys on some of my records, what a singer and what a privilage for me to have him singin with me,

i used to write a lot of songs and became a bit of a cocky so and so about writing, one day i was in the studio and we were short of a song for the b-side of my own single "unchained melody", so being the cocky thing that i was then i said "i'll go and write a song", so i went to the composers room at the studio but i couldnt think of a thing to write when kenny walked in and asked could he help.

I was made up that he wanted to write with me, so we started, and within 20 minutes, we had written sweet soul baby, but what amazed me was that with all the hit songs he had written, kenny seemed to play the piano with just his thumbs,

i've been lucky in my life to meet some very talented people, and kenny is right up there at the top of the list. Good luck to him

Jim.
