Visual Basic Runtime Library

All Visual Basic Programs require the appropriate runtime libraries to run.  To install versions 1.0, 2.0, and 3.0, copy the .DLL to your C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. For later versions, just run the installation program.
