One who cannot be bought; whose word is his bond; who puts character above wealth; who is larger than his vocation; who does not hesitate to take chances; who will not lose his identity ia a crowd; who will be honest in small things as in great things; who will make no compromise with wrong; whose ambitions are not confined to his own selfish desires; who will not say he does it "because everybody else does it"; who is true to his friends through good report and evil report, in adversity as well as in prosperity; who does not believe that shrewdness and cunning are the best qualities for winning success; who is not ashamed to stand for the truth when it is unpopular; who can say "no" with emphasis, although the rest of the world says "yes".
