Find a pinwheel that spins widdershins.On its spokes write or draw symbols of a problem you wish to be rid of.Picture the pinwheel becoming the problem you are trying to banish.
In your sacred space, hold the pinwheel to the Eastern corner, and say aloud"Spirits of the East,hear my plea...take this(state need)away from me!"Do this in turn for each of the four corners.
Take your pinwheel out-side in the yard, and plunge it into the ground, grounding your problem.As the wind blows the wheel around and around, so too will the problem blow out of your life.Leave breadcrumbs somewhere as an offering to the wind spirits.Birds will eat these and carry your thanks to them.
