Reversal and Flail Explanation

These attacks are used in combination with Endure. Endure guarantees at least 1HP left on the next turn, so when Reversal/Flail is used, you have below 4.2% of your Pokemon's Max HP left, resulting in a 200 Base Damage attack. Some people don't like this combination, as you die straight after using this.

Anyway, these attacks cannot critical hit, which is a shame, and function as follows:

If Pokemon Using Reversal/Flail's current HP is greater than:

  • 0% but less than 4.2% of his Max HP, the attack is 200 base damage.
  • or equal to 4.2% but less than 10.4% of his Max HP, the attack is 150 base damage.
  • or equal to 10.4% but less than 20.8% of his Max HP, the attack is 100 base damage.
  • or equal to 20.8% but less than 35.4% of his Max HP, the attack is 80 base damage.
  • or equal to 35.4% but less than 68.8% of his Max HP, the attack is 40 base damage.
  • or equal 68.8% and up to 100% of his Max HP, the attack is 20 base damage.
