There's more to the map at the top if you're trying to go to the right, but all that's there is a blue door that you'll need to get through when you beat up Team Rocket in Goldenrod's Radio Tower.

The First table from going to top to bottom is where you can gamble if the guy is there.

The Second table is where the guy will groom your Pokemon, $500 if the guy is standing across from the top chair, $300 if he's where he is in the picture.

The Third table is where an old lady sells some items.
