REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP
1. Before attempting to be part of our group, please make sure that you are a big supporter of Harry Potter.
Obviously, that’s the main point why we made such group. Please do not attempt to join in if you are not a
Harry Potter fan. We do not allow students to just get sorted and do nothing in the group. It’s only a waste
of time. We allow feedback once you joined our group but we do not allow rude and harsh comments about the
things that are being set in front of you especially if you’re not a Harry Potter fan and would just simply
want to make such horrible insults. It’ll be better to know first if you are really a Harry Potter fan or
not to avoid such ridiculous impressions.

2. Once you have decided, you have to pass the HPCET and get sorted in which you will just have to answer
3 questions to determine what house you’ll be in. It’s not the usual knowing-your-personality sorting ceremony
but the questions will cover the history of the wizarding world. If you read a lot of facts and know it by heart,
you’ll definitely get the answers correctly. Please do not take it seriously once you’re sorted on the house you
do not like at all because you are both equal and you didn’t miss anything in particular. Be proud! If you

3. Once enrolled, you will have to choose your own official codename to be use in the group. We provide
codenames that are only in relations with the wizarding world. In short, only Harry Potter-related names
are accepted. We do not allow members to make their own codenames or make use of non-human names like
“Dobby”, “Winky”, “Hedwig”, etc.

4. Please make use and be guided of our Rules and Regulations in the group. It has been provided to instill
the awareness of the members and to avoid such drastic actions that are not acceptable or necessary in the
group. This is also to further prevent you on getting yourself in trouble or lose individual or house points.

5. If you have any other queries, comments, suggestions, or reactions, please feel free to send an owl.

ACTIVITIES
- Being part of the group means (not only) to become a qualified member of the HP Clan Philippines, but
also to participate and/or cooperate on our daily activities that we are having. We understand the standings
of our members and so we have decided to make activities that will suit everyone’s moods and attentions. We
do not make activities that are unattainable or unworkable for each of our members. We do not make activities
into our own perception on what it’s going to be, but we try to hear their feedback, comments, and suggestion
to make it easier for them to manage. We do not require students to make profit (if not necessary), and have
the proper outfit or other things you think will be required on being part of the group.We have the list of
activities, starting of course on our Sorting Ceremony. HP Clan Philippines presents the following activities:
Wizard/Witch of the Month, Yule Ball Partners of December, Polls and Surveys, Trivia, Personal Feedback
on HP News, Anagrams, Story Making (Fan and Fun fictions), Quote of the Month, Individual and House Points,
House Cup Championship, Caption Contest, Fan Art, HP Quizzes, Poem Making, Riddle Making, Pick of
the Month, Magical/Ghost Experience, and HP Movie Event Experience, Clan Experiences, HP Dreams,
Embarrasing Moments, Mind Bludger Game, etc. More to come soon!
