It finally occured at November2Remember 96 at he ECW Arena. Taz ran out Too Cold Scorpio. Taz told Bob Artese to stay in the ring as his hostage Tod Gordon came in and Alfonso attacked him. Taz locked the tazmission oon Tod. Taz countinued to call out Sabu. Paul Heyman and some other wrestlers came out. Taz t-bone tazplexed on Heyman and locked on the tazmission then the lights went out! When the lights came back on Sabu and Taz were face to face. They grappled, but the lights went out again. When they came back on no one was in the ring.
They finally battled at Barely Legal. It was a epic battle. Taz defeated Sabu with the Tazmission. Bill Alfonso then turned on Taz.
They wrestled at Wrestlepalooza 97'. Sabu kicked back in the Tazmission to get the pin.
Their feud started to heat up again in late 98'. Then at Guilty As Charged 99' Sabu attacked both Shane Douglas and Taz. That would lead to a match at Living Dangerously 99'!
Living Dangerously 99'Taz vs. Sabu
Early advantage went to Taz, as he quickly went to work on Sabu's injured jaw. At 3:15, Sabu hits a baseball slide, knocking Taz into the crowd. Sabu followed up with his infamous Air Sabu leap into the crowd, only to be met by a chair that Taz held up in defense! They battle their way through the crowd and Taz is whipped into the guardrail near the entrance ramp. Soon Sabu is bleeding profusely from the mouth. They battle to the outside, where Sabu sets up a table across the corner or the railing. They go back into the ring, and a sunset flip by Sabu causes both men to take a nasty fall to the floor. Sabu lays out Taz on the table in the corner. Then, from the top rope, splashes onto Taz in a spectacular spot. Sabu covers but only gets two. They climb back in, and Taz executes what starts out as a pumphandle slam then turns into a fallaway slam. They climb to the second buckle, where Taz issues a Tazplex. Sabu gets another table and lays it on an angle in the corner. Sabu falls victim to the overhead Tazplex into the table, just like Douglas did at GAC! Bill Alfonso throws in the towel again, but Sabu throws it back out. Just as he does, Taz locks in the Kati Hajime. Sabu refuses to submit. Eventually he loses consciousness and the referee rings the bell.

They pounded on each other. Taz threw Sabu outside. Taz threw Sabu into the guardrail. Sabu threw Taz into the guardrail. Sabu bridged a table. Sabu DDT Taz on the rampway. They threw some fists. Sabu hit a kneecap dropkick. Sabu hit a slingshot sidekick for a two. Sabu locked on a Camel Clutch. Taz hit a german Tazplex. Taz hit a angry man's clothesline. Sabu hit a Top Rope Hurricarana for a two. Sabu brought in a table. Sabu hit a chairshot. Taz dropped Sabu face first on a chair. Sabu hit a kneecap dropkick. Sabu legdropped Taz. Taz leg powerbombed Sabu through the table, but Sabu got the rope. Taz hit a slam and missed a Somersault senton. Sabu chairvaulted legdroped Taz into a table for a 2 count. Sabu brought in another table. Sabu hit a clothesline for a two. Sabu put Taz on the table. Sabu top rope leg dropped Taz through the table for the win.
