Hardcore Holly took on William Regal once again with his European title on the line at Armageddon. Holly got good pops from his hometown fans and there was even a "Holly" chant from the crowd. Holly dominated Regal for much of the match unleashing moves from deep in his arsenal including the best top rope legdrop in the business. Holly then hit Regal with his new finisher, The Stainless Steel Elbow! Holly appeared to have the European title locked up when in came Raven, obviously still upset from the ass beating he took on Smackdown 10 days ago. Raven hit Holly with a DDT and Regal was able to drape an arm over him for the 1-2-3. So, once again Hardcore Holly gets screwed out of a WWF Title. I guess we should expect this by now, but all I know is, Raven better keep a low-profile because Holly is gonna be on the warpath!
