They open it up by showing all that happened between Jeff Jarrett & Dallas Page from Nitro. Then Jarrett and Eric Bischoff come down dragging David Arquette down while he is all bruised up after they attacked him and kidnapped him. Jarrett goes on to say that he was screwed on Nitro and the only way to settle it was by having himself along with Eric to team up and take on David & PAGE and whoever gets the pin or submission wins the world title. PAGE comes down and doesn't give a clear answer.

Shawn Stasiak defeated Kanyon. Curt Hennig came down to do color commentary. Then Shawn attacks Hennig along with Bischoff, then PAGE came down and said if you want that tag match than you got it! So that's our Main Event!!!

Dallas Page & David Arquette beat Jeff Jarrett & Eric Bischoff. Kimberly is appointed the referee. After she wouldn't count for Page, another ref came down and counted the 1-2-3 for David Arquette on top of Bischoff while Kimberly wasn't paying attention. Your winner and new WCW Champ: David Arquette! That's right, no joke here. They announced it and he is the new champ. But they will probably strip him of it on Nitro because while he was pinning Bischoff, Jeff Jarrett had Page for the three count as well but since Kimberly wasn't paying attention and the new official only saw David pinning Eric, Arquette is the winner of the match and the new heavyweight champion. Pretty weird.
