This is Jeff's career time line, I started way
back in 1986 when he debuted in pro-wrestling.
I worked hard on this & made sure everything was
correct! I will finish it as soon as possible.

1986- Jeff Jarrett began his career as a referee,
soon moving on to making his pro wrestling debut
against Tony Falk.

With his current tag team partner Billy Travis,
they defeated the Sheephearders & won the CWA
Southern tag team titles.

*Fact* Jeff's wrestling identity was "The Golden
Boy" in the CWA.



1987- Jeff Jarrett & tag team partner Billy Travis
defeated RPM's to win the CWA tag team titles.

With tag team partner, Pat Tanaka, they defeated
RPM's to win the tag team titles.

Three months later (May 11th) Jeff regained the
Mid American title from Moondog Spot.

After only a few weeks another bout brought Jeff
to loosing the Mid American title once more to
Moondog Spot, only to regain it on June 22nd.

September 19th Jeff Jarrett with tag partner Billy
Travis defeated Pat Tanaka and Paul Diamond in the
tournament final for the CWA tag team titles.



1988- Jeff moved on from CWA to World Class & the
AWA federation, and defeated Eric Embry for the
World Class Light-Heavyweight title (October 15th),
only to loose the title to Embry less than a month
later (November 11th).

On November 25th Jeff regained the Light-Heavy-
weight title from Eric Embry, but on December 13th
Jeff lost the title to Embry once again on "Super-
clash III".



1989- March 3rd Jeff Jarrett & tag team partner
Billy Travis lost the Texas tag titles to Beauty &
The Beast. Only a week later Jeff defeated Dutch Mantel and
became the owner of the CWA title.

The very next day, with tag team partner Kerry Von
Erich they won the World Class tag titles by
defeating Robert Fuller & Jimmy Golden, only to
loose them a few weeks later to Cactus Jack and
ZobiacII.

On June 9th with tag partner Mil Mascaras, they
regained the World Class tag titles by defeating
Cactus Jack & ZomiacII.

Four days later (June 13th) they lost the tag titles
to Robert Fuller & Brian Lee.

After holding on to the CWA title almost three
months, Jeff lost it to Black Bart (June 19th).

After loosing the World Class tag team titles to
Robert Fuller & Brian Lee, Jeff Jarrett and Matt
Borne defeated them on June 30th and became the tag
champs once again.

Two months later (August 4th) they lost the tag
titles to CPL. Bradock & Cactus Jack.

*World Class became the USWA*

One week later (August 11th) Jeff & tag team
partner Matt Borne won the USWA titles back from CPL.
Bradock & Cactus Jack.

On September 5th CPL. Bradock & Ron Starr defeated
Jarrett & Boone for the USWA tag titles, but on
September 29th Jarrett & Boone won the titles back
from Bradock & Starr.

On October 29th Boone lost a "Loser Leaves Town"
match & the USWA tag team titles became vacant.
In December Jeff & Matt Boone lost the USWA tag team
tournament final.

*Fact* Jeff's wrestling identity was "The Fabulous
One" in the USWA.



1990- On September 3rd with tag team partner Jeff
Gaylord, they defeated Brian Lee & Chuck Casey to
win the USWA tag team titles, but only to loose
the titles on September 10th to Brian Lee and Don
Harris. but on September 17th Jarrett & Gaylord
regained the titles from Brian Lee & Don Harris.

The following month they lost the tag titles to
Doug Gilbert and Tony Anthony, but later the same
night Jeff beat Dick Slater to win the Southern
Title. On October 29th Jeff lost the Southern Title to
Eddy Gilbert.

In November with partner Cody Michaels, they
regained the USWA tag team titles from Gilbert and
Anthony, but the following month Gilbert & Anthony
ragined the titles.



1991- In January Jeff defeated Brian Lee in the
tournament finals for the Southern title.
On February 4th Jeff and tag team partner Jerry
Lawler defeated The Fabulous Ones and won the
USWA tag team titles.

Later that month, Jeff's Southern title was held
up after a controversial match against Steve Austin.
The rematch was set for the southern title against
Steve Austin, and Jeff regained it on March 9th, but
only a week later he lost the title to Tom Pritchard.
On March 29th Jarrett & Lawler lost the USWA tag team
titles to the Texas Hangmen.

April 12th Jeff regained the southern title from
Tom Pritchard, but the following month he lost it
to Eric Embry.

On May 13th with partner Robert Fuller, they
regained the USWA tag titles from the Texas Hangmen.
The next month, Fuller & Jarrett defeated Samu
& Judge Dredd to unify the USWA tag titles & the
NWAWestern States tag team titles.

On July 8th they lost the titles to The Barroom
Brawlers, but regained them a week later.

After holding on to the USWA titles for almost two
months, they lost them to The Texas Outlaws, but once
again regained them on October 7.

November 4th they lost the tag team titles to Bart
Sawyer & Doug Masters.





1992- June 29th with tag team partner Jerry Lawler,
they won the tag team titles from The Moondogs.

On July 6th the Moondogs defeated Jarrett & Lawler
for the tag titles, but once again, they regain
the titles on July 20th.

Jarrett & Lawler and The Moondog passed the tag
team titles around six times June-October, but on
October 3rd, Jarrett & Lawler lost the titles to
the Moondogs for good.

December 21st Jeff won the southern title once
more when he defeated Brian Christophers.



1993- On January 11th Jeff lost the southern title
to Brian Christophers, and just a few days later
Jarrett & partner Lawler lost the USWA tag team
title tournament final to Ron & Don Harris.

Over a three month period Jarrett & Christophers
passed the southern title around three times,
until July 18th when Jeff lost the southern title
to Vampire Warrior, only to regain it a month
later (August 23rd).

In September Jeff lost the title to Tommy Rich,
only to regain it a month later when the title
was held up.

On November 22nd Jeff lost the southern title to
Buddy Landell, but won a battle royal to win the
USWA heavyweight title, after winning the USWA
title, a month later (December 20th) Jeff lost
it to his past tag team partner Jerry Lawler
after Jarrett & Lawler lost the tag team titles
to PG-13 on November 27th.



1994- Jeff made his WWF debut.



1995- On January 22nd Jeff defeated Razor Ramon
for the WWF IC title, after being the IC champion
for 3 months, on April 19th he lost the IC title
to Bob Holly, but it was held up over controversy.
A re-match was set for the IC title and Jeff
regained it from Holly on April 26th.

Almost a month later Jarrett lost the IC title
to Razor Romon but regained it two days later
(May 22nd). On August 23rd he lost the IC title to Shawn
Michaels. In December Jeff defeated Ahmed Johnson for the
USWA heavyweight title, but later on he had to
vacate the title due to a back injury.
