A few week ago Columbia, SC has a WWF house show. I was there & from what I saw they had an awesome turnout. The World Wrestling Federation made the Carolina Coliseum more money then they've made on any event this year.
Before & after the show many superstars went and did interviews for the Columbia news, apparently the news didn't tell the wrestlers what they were doing the interview for.
The next night the news did a headline story "Come Meet Your Children's New Heros" doing a feature story on the violence in wrestling today. They talked to many children that watched wrestling every night, only to convince the parents that wrestling teaches children to resolve problems through fighting.
Is it just me or does anyone else think that the Columbia news did the wrong thing? Why did they welcome the wrestlers into the town & when they left for a story like that? It doesn't make the WWF look back, it makes SC look bad.
